Punjab government employee pay scale — mirrors federal BPS but with Punjab-specific allowances. Used for Punjab Police, Punjab Health, Punjab Education, PITB, etc.
Punjab Provincial Pay Scale (PPS) governs salary of all employees of the Government of Punjab including Punjab Police, Punjab Health Department, Punjab Education Department, Punjab Food Authority, PITB, and other provincial departments. PPS grades generally correspond to federal BPS levels with additional Punjab-specific allowances like Special Relief Allowance, Integrated Allowance, and Senior Post Allowance.
