Editorial Policy

SkillzDunya is a job aggregation portal. We display job information sourced from third-party sources such as government portals and newspapers. This policy explains the standards we follow when collecting and presenting that information.

1. What SkillzDunya Is

SkillzDunya is a job aggregation and display platform — not an employer, not a recruitment agency, and not the original publisher of any job advertisement. We collect job information from third-party sources (government portals, newspapers, employer websites) and display it in one place for the convenience of Pakistani job seekers.

The accuracy of any job listing depends primarily on the accuracy of the original source. SkillzDunya makes reasonable efforts to display source information correctly, but we are not responsible for errors that originate with the recruiting organization or publication. Always verify details directly with the official source before applying.

2. How We Collect and Display Listings

When collecting job information, we follow these general practices on a best-effort basis:

  1. Source Preference

    We prefer to source job information from primary sources such as official government portals, recognized newspapers, and employer websites. We avoid sourcing from unverifiable social media forwards or anonymous tips.

  2. Data Representation

    We aim to accurately represent the key details from the source: organization, positions, qualifications, age limits, last date to apply, and application method. However, we cannot guarantee that every field matches the original source at all times.

  3. Deadline Display

    We display application deadlines as they appear in the source. Users should always confirm deadlines directly with the recruiting organization, as dates may change via corrigendum after we collect the listing.

Note: SkillzDunya is a small portal. We do not have a large dedicated editorial team running formal verification protocols. We do our best to display accurate information, but we are not a news organization and make no guarantees of accuracy.

3. Primary Sources Only

We publish exclusively from primary, authoritative sources. Accepted sources include:

  • Official government portals (NJP, FPSC, PPSC, KPPSC, BPSC, SPSC, NTS, PTS, OTS, and equivalent bodies)
  • Official organization websites (NADRA, WAPDA, Pakistan Railways, PIA, HBL, NBP, etc.)
  • Verified major newspapers (Dawn, Jang, Express, The News, Nawa-i-Waqt, Dunya News, The Nation)
  • Official ministry and department announcements

We never publish from: WhatsApp messages, social media forwards, unverified job boards, unofficial Facebook pages, or any source that cannot be traced to a primary authority.

4. Updates and Expiry

We make reasonable efforts to mark or remove expired listings. However, SkillzDunya cannot guarantee that every listing is up to date at all times. Corrigenda, date extensions, and cancellations issued by recruiting organizations may not be reflected on our site immediately. Always verify the current status of any vacancy at the official source.

5. Corrections

If you believe information displayed on SkillzDunya is incorrectly represented (i.e., differs from what the original source actually says), please contact us with the listing URL and the correct source reference. We will review and update our display where appropriate. We do not accept correction requests for errors that originate in the source document itself — those must be directed to the recruiting organization.

6. Independence and Conflicts of Interest

SkillzDunya does not accept payment to publish, promote, or prioritize any job listing. All listings appear based solely on their editorial merit — they are from verified sources and relevant to Pakistani job seekers. Paid advertising on the site (Google AdSense, display ads) is completely separate from editorial content and has no influence on which jobs we publish or how we present them.

7. User-Submitted Information

SkillzDunya does not accept user-submitted job listings. All content on the site is editorially controlled and sourced by our team. Contact form messages are used solely to respond to user queries and to receive correction reports — they do not influence editorial decisions.
