For teaching posts (Lecturer, AP, Associate Professor, Professor), verify HEC-prescribed qualifications: minimum PhD for Professor/Associate Professor, MS/MPhil for Lecturer. Also note minimum CGPA/1st Division, and research publication requirements for senior posts.

Shortlisting & Demo Lecture / Test
The selection committee shortlists candidates based on qualifications and publications. Shortlisted candidates for teaching posts are usually required to give a demo lecture or subject test. For administrative posts, a written test may be conducted through NTS/PPSC.

Interview & Selection
Final interview is conducted by a selection board including the Vice Chancellor/Principal. Results are announced on the institution's website. Selected candidates receive appointment letter from the Registrar/Principal.
