Zarghoon Education Foundation (ZEF) invites applications for the position of Medical (MDCAT) Coordinator to manage the academic coordination and administration of Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) preparation programs.

The selected candidate will coordinate instructors, manage preparation schedules, organize assessments, and monitor student performance to support effective MDCAT preparation.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate MDCAT preparation classes and academic schedules.

  • Coordinate with Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and other relevant subject instructors.
  • Organize mock tests, practice examinations, and student assessments.
  • Monitor student attendance, test results, and academic progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of course activities and examination performance.
  • Coordinate study plans, learning resources, and academic support activities.
  • Communicate with students, instructors, and management regarding course progress.
  • Prepare performance reports and support continuous improvement of preparation programs.
