About HTB
HTB is a Saudi Arabia-based business preparing to introduce digital receipt technology to the Saudi market. The company is building technical support and customer service operations for merchants using NFC-based digital receipt solutions.
We are seeking a reliable and technically capable IT Support & Customer Service Specialist to join the operations team remotely from Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote technical support to merchants using digital receipt technology.
- Troubleshoot POS systems, receipt printers, network connectivity and software issues.
- Manage customer enquiries through the company's official WhatsApp Business account and other support channels.
- Assist merchants with software configuration and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate installations and maintenance visits with a freelance field technician in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Communicate with the technology provider's technical team to resolve advanced issues.
- Monitor and document technical issues, customer enquiries and resolutions.
- Assist with onboarding new merchants and training their staff remotely.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and provide regular updates.
- Prepare daily reports summarising customer enquiries, technical issues and completed tasks.
Working Arrangements- Location: Remote, Pakistan.
- Employment: Full-time.
