Gather Required Documents
Prepare attested photocopies of: CNIC, educational certificates (Matric, Intermediate, Degree), domicile certificate, experience letter (if required), 2–4 recent passport-size photographs, and character certificate from local SHO or institution.

Submit Application Before Last Date
Submit the completed application form with all required documents and fee receipt before the last date (آخری تاریخ). Late applications are never accepted. Double-check the submission address — typically the HR/Establishment division.

Download Roll Number Slip & Appear for Test
After shortlisting, download your roll number slip from the testing agency's website (NTS, PPSC, FPSC, etc.) or from SkillzDunya's Test Schedule page. Bring the original roll number slip and CNIC to the test centre on the test date.

Interview & Final Selection
Candidates who pass the written test are called for interview/psychological test/medical examination. Final merit list is prepared on the basis of written test marks, interview, and experience. Selected candidates receive appointment letters.
