Federal government pay in Pakistan follows the BPS-2026 Basic Pay Scales from 1 July 2026. Your basic pay is the minimum of your grade plus one fixed increment for each year of service; on top come Ad-hoc Relief Allowance 2026 (7% of basic), frozen ad-hoc relief allowances, conveyance, and house rent and medical allowance where admissible. For example, BPS-17 basic pay starts at Rs 54,140, and a new BPS-17 appointee draws about Rs 87,965 a month before house rent and medical. Choose your grade below for your figure.
